பத்ரியின் இட ஒதுக்கீடு பற்றிய கவரேஜ் பதிவில் - என்னுடைய பின்னூட்டமாக இந்தப் பதிவில் எழுதியிருப்பதை இட்டேன். பிறகு இதையே ஒரு தனிப்பதிவாக போட்டு விடலாம் என்று தோன்றியது.
சுந்தரவடிவேல் அவர்கள் எழுதியுள்ள பதிவில் - IIT-யில்(பொதுவாக உயர்கல்வி நிறுவனங்களில்) நிலவும் பல வகுப்புவாரியான சமச்சீர்மையற்றதன்மையைப் பற்றிப் பல தகவல்கள் சொல்கிறார்.
இதற்கு முன்பு கூட குழலி அவருடைய 'ஐஐடி'-யின் உள்வட்ட விளையாட்டுக்கள் - என்கிற பதிவில் பல தகவல்கள் சொல்லியிருந்தார்.
ரவி போன்றவர்கள் இதற்கெல்லாம் எந்த ஆதாரமும் இல்லை என்றே இப்போது வரை சாதித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.

என் கேள்விகள்/ ஐயங்கள் :
1. உயர்கல்வி நிறுவனங்களில் உள்ள மாணவர்கள் / ஆசிரியர்கள் / நிர்வாகிகள் - போன்றோரின் வகுப்புவாரி பிரதிநிதித்துவம் பற்றிய கணக்கெடுப்பைச் செய்வது அத்தனை கடினமானதா? - ஆம் என்றால் அதற்குக் காரணங்கள் என்ன?
2. அமைச்சர்கள் ஊழல், ரகசிய ஆவணங்களில் இருந்து தகவல்கள் பெறுதல், எம்பிக்களின் ஊழல், தொலைபேசி ஒட்டுக் கேட்டல் - போன்ற எத்தனையோ - "கடினமான" விஷயங்கள் தொழில்நுட்பத்தினால் சாத்தியமாகி இருக்கும் போது - இம்மாதிரியான உயர்கல்வி நிறுவனங்களின் இருப்போர் பற்றிய Social data-வை ஒரு "Mission Ekalavya (Ekalaivan!)" செய்து - எல்லாத் தகவல்களையும் ஒரு மாதத்துக்குள் பெற்று விட முடியாதா? (Legally or illegally - thru 'sting' operations!) - இதற்கெல்லாம் Ethan Hunt மாதிரி Undercover agent வேண்டுமா என்ன?
3. ஒரு 'வெளிப்படையான கொள்கையின்' அடிப்படையில் "இட ஒதுக்கீடு" கொண்டு வர வேண்டும் என்று அலம்பல் செய்யும் அறிவுஜீவிகள் - Why are they not Demanding that such Socially vital data about Higher educational Institutions be made public after collecting it thoroughly?
இதிலே என்ன ராணுவ ரகசியம் வேண்டிக்கிடக்கு?
4. "Right to Information act" படி யாருடைய வருமானவரியையும் யாரும் - தெரிந்து கொள்ள முடியும் என்கிற நிலை வரப் போகிறது என்கிறார்கள்; அப்படியானால் - இந்த விஷயத்தில் ஒரு PIL போட்டு - உடனே எல்ல உயர்கல்வி நிறுவனங்களும் இந்த வகுப்புவாரியான ஆசிரியர் மாணவர் பிரதிநிதித்துவம் என்ன? அவர்கள் நிறுவனத்தில் - என்பதை வெளியிட வேண்டும் - என்று உச்ச/உயர் நீதி மன்றங்களில் வழக்குத் தொடுக்க முடியாதா?
இனிமேல், "மிலிடெண்ட் சமூகநீதியாளர்" ஆக இருந்தாலே ஒழிய பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட மக்களுக்கு இந்தப் பார்ப்பனீய அரசாங்க இயந்திர இந்தியாவில் விமோசனம் கிடைக்கப் போவதில்லை.
எனவே, "நவீனயுக ஏகலைவர்கள்" கட்டைவிரலைக் கொடுப்பவர்களாக இல்லாமல் - தங்கள் சமூக முன்னேற்றத்தைத் தடுக்கும் அதிகார வெறிபிடித்த சனாதனக் கரங்களை ஒடிக்கிற வீரர்களாக மாறவேண்டும் - என்பது காலத்தின் கட்டாயம்.

Does Ravi imply that the OBCs would resort to thuggery and Violence against the upper caste IIT-ians?
This 'per se' means that he slanders the OBC community as gundas and rogues, which is highly condemnable.
All these days Ravi refused to take into cognisance the cruelty meted out to non-Brahmin ('Shudra') faculty members in the IITs, especially in the Chennai IIT. When pointed to those facts he simply brushed them that they were exceptions.
Now if these upper caste people can be so 'violently high-handed' in a 'Social Justice' conscious 'Periyar bhoomi' Tamilnadu, what would be the extent and magnitude of their caste bigotry in Northern states, was a persistent query to which ravi never really bothered to deal with , and he simply pooh-poohed them.
Now, he says if the caste of the faculties are known 'esp. in TN' they may be 'targetted'!!
Who is ravi trying to Hoodwink?
If suppose the caste data come about, and some "stray" incidences of 'harassment' of Upper caste faculties do occur - we may be 'tempted' to brush aside them as rare and exceptional cases, wouldn't we?!
This is not to justify that 'backlashing' is good, but the point is why does ravi jump the gun always?
Let us turn around the Question, and think like this :
If reservations do come thru next year (as announced now by the govt.) - in the North Indians states - "Especially states in the Cow-belt, known for cherishing its Brahmanical values" - Would there be "Backlash" against OBC students - by the 'stronger' Upper caste students?
If so should the Govt. "Encrypt" the data about - which Students are OBCs - who got into these 'elite' institutes thru reservations - so as to protect them and their property???
"OBC students Protection Programme" could be a separate wing formed with the Special Security Forces - No?!
Where does this Tamasha end?!

In IT field upper caste are the majority people. They constitute more than 60% in IT field.
Due to this and the already existing media influence they can able leverage their anti people propoganda.
Everyday I receive lots of Anti reservation mail photos(Especially the Cricket mail of Azim).

Dear Editor,
I would like to react the malarmannan view about reservation in www.thinnai.com. The way he is arguing against reservation is nothing but screwing-up the SC/ST community for making the allaience with FC to make combined defence against the rest of the community (OBC).
The technique is two hundered years old and it was usually practiced by British and then by the FC ruling class in the post-independent India.
Somehow the tamil community survived against these types of back-fighting in-spite of its indifferences and now become the role model to the rest of the states.
Reservation – facts and figures.
Total population of India constituted by 15.4 % forward castes, 56.6% of backward castes, 18.1% of scheduled castes, 9.5% of scheduled tribes and 0.4% un-classified.
So the total population of SC+ST is 18.1%+9.5%=27.6%. In the so-called higher learning institutions 22.5% of seats are already reserved for SC/ST based on their total population.
The remaining 77.5% of the seats are open to all. But based on the recent judgment of Supreme Court, not more than 50% of the seats in the private institutions have to be reserved to OBC+SC+ST.
Out of 50% of the total reservation 22.5% of seats are already ‘enjoyed’ by SC/ST the remaining 27% reservation supposed to go to OBC.
While 18.1% total SC population enjoyed 15% of totals seats and 9.5% total ST populations enjoyed 7% of total seats, the 56.6% of OBC population supposed to enjoy 27% of the total seats.
However 50% of the unreserved seats will automatically goes to the 15.4% of the forward castes for open competition, those doctors and pre-doctors jumbling over the streets of Delhi against the reservation.
We have to note one thing here. If 15.4% (FC) of the total population behave like this, what will happened if 56.6%(OBC) of total population come on the road. The real fact is, those 56.6% don’t know what is happening in Delhi and what for.
If somebody thinking that the reservation in higher learning institution will reduce the quality of education and as a consequence it will humiliate the progress of India than I can suggest two options to those patriots (I mean ‘nation lovers’ don’t think that American missile).
How many of you will agree to seize the passport of those people who are studying/studied in higher learning institution, so that that they may not fly over to their dream land.
If the government put a restriction that the people who studied in higher learning institution could not joined under Private/Multi National Companies and they have to compulsorily join under government service in administrative/scientific positions, than how many of you, will agree this ‘imposition’.
